With nearly 30 years of experience in the surgical industry, Denise has been a vital part of Dr. Duplechain’s practice since 1995. She is our devoted Office Manager who is committed to addressing all of the needs of our patients to provide true comprehensive care. Denise works tirelessly to create a welcoming and patient-centered environment.

Kimberly is a dedicated Registered Nurse who has experience in all areas of patient care. She takes pride in enhancing patient comfort and significantly improving the patient experience. Kimberly plays a key role in all clinical and surgical aspects of the practice so you may see her at your next clinic appointment or during your surgical procedure.

Elizabeth is the Manager of our office-based Cosmetic Surgery Center. She participates in all aspects of care for our patients from scrubbing into surgical procedures with Dr. Ishee to assisting with consultations in clinic. Elizabeth’s role involves overseeing various managerial, administrative, and operational tasks to ensure that each patient receives excellent quality of care and to maintain efficient operation of the Cosmetic Surgery Center.

Abigail is a skilled Licensed Medical Aesthetician, Certified Laser Technician, and graduate of the Aveda Institute, specializing in advanced skin care. Abigail works at Laser SkinCare of Louisiana and is dedicated to providing her patients with the latest knowledge and products for all of their skin care needs. With her bright smile and incredible energy, Abigail will help you feel welcome making every visit an enjoyable experience.

Originally hired as a Clinical Assistant, Gabrielle has quickly demonstrated her ability to significantly contribute to every aspect of the practice. She diligently manages a variety of logistical tasks that ensure seamless operation of our practice. Gabrielle is dedicated to providing individualized care for each patient.

With over 40 years of nursing experience, Tonia began her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 1982. She worked part-time at Baton Rouge General Medical Center while pursuing her degree from Northwestern State University, graduating in 1989. Tonia gained extensive experience at LSUHSC-Shreveport, working in both the Surgical Intensive Care Unit and the Operating Room. After relocating to Monroe, she expanded her expertise across Critical Care, Emergency Room, and outpatient surgical services. For over 10 years, Tonia has been an invaluable part of Dr. Duplechain’s practice, specializing in the surgical area.

Samantha is a passionate Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician working at Laser SkinCare of Louisiana with a deep commitment to the aesthetic industry. She consistently strives to provide her patients with exceptional treatments and beautiful results. Samantha is enthusiastic about helping people look and feel their absolute best.

Sharon is a committed Licensed Practical Nurse with over 30 years of experience in surgical-related patient care. She has been an integral part of Dr. Duplechain’s team since he began his practice in 1991. Currently functioning as the Head Nurse and Patient Coordinator, she also performs injections as a skilled Nurse Injector. Sharon’s endearing personality ensures patients feel right at home, making every moment of your appointment enjoyable.

With a background in marketing and extensive experience in the dental field, Megan joined Dr. Duplechain’s practice nearly a decade ago. Her multifaceted role involves overseeing administrative, clerical, managerial, marketing, technological, logistical, and operational tasks, all aimed at creating a concierge experience for each patient. As the first smiling face you see upon entering our office, Megan plays a crucial role in everything that happens within the practice.

Gena is a knowledgeable Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician who enjoys taking the time to connect with you while delivering effective and thorough skin care services. After earning her license in California in 2004, she worked as an Aesthetician and managed an exclusive spa in an upscale Los Angeles community, even providing facials to a few movie stars. Gena later returned to her home state of Louisiana to join Laser SkinCare of Louisiana, where she worked for seven years before taking a break to focus on her family. In late 2021, Gena rejoined Laser SkinCare of Louisiana, is thrilled to be back, and is dedicated to helping our patients achieve their skin care goals.

Dana is an incredible Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience who specializes in the aesthetic industry. She has performed cosmetic injections as a Nurse Injector and assisted with cosmetic surgery procedures for the past 12 years. Dana is comitted to forming meaningful relationships with her patients, and she goes above and beyond to support patients in all aspects of their care. With a passion for skincare, Dana serves as the office liaison to Laser SkinCare of Louisiana, taking pride in creating a unique and special experience at each encounter.

Originally from the dental field with almost 20 years of experience, Natalie transitioned into Aesthetics and now serves as the Office Manager at Laser SkinCare of Louisiana. Whether it is scheduling your next treatment, joining our VIP membership club, or purchasing your skin care products, Natalie is ready and eager to assist you with all of your needs. A graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana College of Nursing in 1992, Tina has been a Registered Nurse working alongside Dr. Duplechain in the operating room at major medical centers and specialty hospitals since 1992. She joined Dr. Duplechain’s private practice in 2008 as the Surgical Coordinator and plays a vital role in its operation. From maintaining accreditation and compliance to assisting with patient care and managing inventory, Tina is integral to overseeing all aspects of care in our practice

Desiree, an accomplished Licensed Practical Nurse who earned her nursing degree in 1999, has been working with Dr. Duplechain in various roles since 2009. Currently serving as the Business Manager, she prides herself on building strong relationships with all our patients to ensure a positive and outstanding experience. Desiree's compassionate interactions help make our patients feel like they are truly a part of our family.

Lacie, a talented Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician, has been a part of the aesthetics industry since 2012. She is dedicated to staying current with the latest techniques, certifications, and training.
